Tekla Corporation's financial information 2011
Tekla Corporation will release the 2010 Financial Statements Bulletin on Friday,
February 11, 2011. The Annual Report 2010 will be published on Tekla's investor
site in Finnish and English on week 10/2011.
Interim Reports in 2011 will be announced as follows:
- 1-3/2011 on Friday, May 6
- 1-6/2011 on Friday, August 5 and
- 1-9/2011 on Friday, November 4.
Tekla's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2011.

million euros. International operations accounted for over 80% of net sales. In
2010 net sales are estimated to grow by approximately 15 percent, and the
operating result margin to be 15 to 20 percent.
Tekla has customers in almost 100 countries, offices in 15 countries and a
worldwide partner network. Tekla Group currently employs nearly 500 people, of
whom about over 200 work outside of the headquarters in Finland. Tekla was
established in 1966, and is one of the longest-operating Finnish software
companies.
