SBAB has been granted permission to conduct banking operations

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has granted SBAB permission to
conduct banking operations.
SBAB currently conducts financing operations under the supervision of the
Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and offers residential mortgages and
savings accounts to private individuals, as well as corporate mortgages and
savings accounts to tenant-owner associations and companies.
"We want to highlight the fact that SBAB is active in areas that extend beyond
the residential-mortgage market, and permission to conduct banking operations
will enable us to expand SBAB's product portfolio," says Eva Cederbalk, CEO at
