(TSX VENTURE: IS)(FRANKFURT: OAY1)(WKN: A0RK7E), ("Iron South" or the "Company") announces that its board of directors have approved a change of the Company's name to "Argentina Lithium & Energy Corp.". There will be no alteration to the Company's share capital in conjunction with the name change.
The proposed name change is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
