Affinor Growers Extends Warrant Expiry Date
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/07/16 -- Affinor Growers (CSE: AFI)(FRANKFURT: 1AF)(OTCQB: RSSFF) ("Affinor" or the "Corporation), a diversified agriculture and biotechnology company with proprietary vertical farming systems, is seeking approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE") to extend the term of the warrants which would otherwise expire on September 11, 2016. The Company requested from the CSE and obtained an exemption to extend the term of these warrants despite not having ten trading days remaining before the expiry date.
15,100,000 warrants granted on September 11, 2015 with original expiry date of September 11, 2016, are now extended to expire on September 11, 2018, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at $0.15 per share.
