(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Asker, Norway (21 August, 2009) - 3 employees of TGS-NOPEC exercisedyesterday, August 20th, 2009, in total 22,500 stock options. 20,000stock options were exercised from the award in August 2005, securedby warrants, at an exercise price of NOK 64.50 per share. 2,500stock options were exercised from the award in August 2008, securedby treasury shares, at an exercise price of NOK 70.80 per share.Following these stock option exercises, 20,000 new shares will beissued, and 2,500 of the treasury shares held will be transferred tothe optionee exercising from the August 2008 plan.None of the primary insiders exercised options during this window.This announcement was originally distributed by Hugin.
