Today, on December 3, 2010, Elcoteq SE's Board of Directors have decided to
apply for the listing of the 4,350,138 (four million three hundred and fifty
thousand one hundred and thirty- eight) warrants issued by the Company on 11
May, 2010 in connection with the Exchange Offer made in spring 2010 in order the
warrants to be traded on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd in conformity with clause 1.4
of the Terms and Conditions of the warrants.
Trading of the warrants is expected to commence earliest on December 7, 2010.
