Top-Ranking at SWISS Employer Award 2016
(PresseBox) - The SCHURTER Group companies participated in the study of the Swiss Employer Award 2016 in order to assess the employees? satisfaction. The two Swiss subsidiaries SCHURTER AG and SCHURTER Input Systems AG were able to place among the best employers in Switzerland.
The SCHURTER AG reached the 4th place, again a top position in the rating of the best employers in Switzerland. The repeated participation of SCHURTER in this study demonstrates the high importance of employee evaluation in the development of the organization according to the principles of business excellence. SCHURTER?s consistent top position is a proof to our successful collaboration with our employees for the overall development of the organization. After winning in 2005, second place in 2009 and 3rd place in the Swiss Employer Award 2011 now the 4th place. A great result. Further companies of the SCHURTER Group participated in this survey, so that the potential for the international development of the organization can be implemented.
With SCHURTER Input Systems AG from Mellingen another group company achieved the 9th place in the competition (small companies from 50 to 99 employees). This means that two SCHURTER organizations ranked in various categories among the top ten of the best Swiss employers. This ranking is a prestigious award for the development of the organization, which presents itself as an industrial company within a difficult market: SCHURTER could develop a new strength based on the strong networking within the group. This excellent rating by the staff confirms this chosen path.
A total of 151 companies from Switzerland participated in the Swiss Employer Award 2016, which were divided into four different categories. In addition, other subsidiaries could participate in the study but they were not taken into account for the award evaluation.
