(the "Company") (NASDAQ: SUNS) today declared a distribution of $0.1175 per share for the month of September 2016. The distribution is payable on October 4, 2016 to stockholders of record as of September 22, 2016. The specific tax characteristics of the distribution will be reported to stockholders on Form 1099 after the end of the calendar year.
