As a full-featured HSC milling machine DATRON neo convinced amongst other things with its ultra-compact size (B 80 cm x D 130 cm x H 190 cm, 700 kg), with which it will fit through a standard door. The all-rounder for the manufacture of individual parts and the production of small quantities allows a focused machining particularly aluminum, nonferrous metals, wood, plastics and composites. With its high-frequency machining spindle the Red Dot Award-winning product innovation produced with small tools excellent surfaces and filigree engraving details and is due to the diverse processing options materials i.a. as flexible complementary machine in conventional production.
Based on the plug & play principle even less experienced operators and HSC beginners can control immediately the 3-axis milling machine DATRON neo over the brand new and easy to understand software DATRON next. Operation with the known wiper gestures makes the milling almost as easy as turning on your smartphone. Agent assistant functionality and integrated camera, the operator is guided in a few steps through the milling program and supported by self-explanatory icons and realistic, shown in 3D tools, components, etc. in a quick identification of various functions. The absolute highlight of the machine is the combination of the camera in the interior with the sensitive multi-touch display. The user attaches a piece of his work by wiping gesture, so that a time-consuming manual entry of complex numerical data deleted. Then the milling operation in a 3D simulation is illustrated to make any necessary corrections. After super quick setup of the part, the user can rely on the proven high-speed DATRON milling quality.
