Vancouver, British Columbia, December 6, 2010 - James West's Midas Letter, has

December 1(st), Evolving Gold announced additional assay results from the 2010
core drilling program at its Rattlesnake Hills project in central Wyoming.
Drill hole RSC-135, part of an infill drilling program at the North Stock gold
zone, intersected 405.4 meters at 1.31 grams per tonne gold, including 50.3
meters at 5.87 grams per tonne, and 7.6 meters at 21.82 grams per tonne.
"Evolving Gold, who has been a win for us since our first coverage on April
23(rd), 2009 when we brought it to subscribers' attention at $0.37, is starting
to get a handle on its high grade zones through the 2010 infill drilling program
that wrapped up this summer. And there's a clear fact emerging from this rapidly
evolving story (pun intended). At a market cap of $137 million, this stock, in
our opinion, is extremely cheap. And so, even at current levels, we continue to
accumulate shares."
"It will be interesting to see what grades the next group of assay results from
Rattlesnake Hills will carry. But if they're anything like the most recent batch
released on the first of December, the company could be snatched up by Goldcorp
or another major producer sooner rather than later," stated James West.
On November 15, 2010, the Toronto Stock Exchange conditionally approved the
listing of the common shares of the Company. The Company will move its listing
from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) to the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) as soon
as the customary final documentation is approved by the Exchange. The Company
will continue to trade under the stock symbol "EVG" upon listing on the TSX.
