Munters to be delisted Dec 23, 2010

On November 25, 2010, the board of directors of Munters AB (publ) applied for
delisting of the company's shares from NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, at the request of
Cidron Intressenter AB.

NASDAQ OMX has accepted the application and decided that the last day of trading
in the company's shares on Stockholm NASDAQ OMX will be December 23, 2010.

Munters AB discloses the information provided herein pursuant to the Securities
Market Act and/or the Financial Instruments Trading Act. The information was
submitted for publication on December 7, 2010 at 08.00 AM CET.
