Cataca Resources to Change Name to FlitWays Technology Inc.

("Cataca Resources" or the "Company") (OTC PINK: CATQ) announced today it will change its corporate name to FlitWays Technology, Inc. This name change is in accordance with meeting certain terms and conditions of its agreement to acquire 100% of FlitWays Technology Inc. ("FlitWays Technology"), a Los Angeles-based ground travel booking and scheduling company.
The Company expects to file the required FlitWays Technology, Inc. name change documentation with the Secretary of State of Nevada over the next few days. Once completed with the state of Nevada, the Company will apply for a name change and new trading symbol with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). The Company expects this regulatory approval process could take up to two (or more) weeks to complete.
