Typhoon is a Canadian mineral exploration company with a diverse portfolio of
properties. Most notable at present are the Fayolle and Faille 1 projects.
The company has an option agreement with Aurizon Mines for the development of
its 100% Fayolle project, located in the heart of Abitibi's mining projects.
Aurizin has the option to acquire up to a 65% interest in the Fayolle Project by
incurring total expenditures of $25 million and subscribing to $2 million in
common shares, both over a three year period.
The company is sitting on more than $5 million in cash and has approximately 19
million shares outstanding.
