TR1 Announcement - JP Morgan Asset Management Shareholding
African Eagle Resources plc ("African Eagle" or "the Company", ticker AIM: AFE;
AltX: AEA) was notified by JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. on December
7, 2010, that on December 3, 2010, JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited had
reduced its shareholding in the Company to below 5%.
