Subsentio DMCA Records Production Manages "Takedown Notices" Enabling Safe Harbor From Costly Litigation

Under the 1996 Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), ISPs are liable if customers use their networks to access and illegally use copyrighted content.
