Corazon Announces Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/21/16 -- Corazon Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: CGW) ("Corazon" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that that it has granted an aggregate of 2,390,017 stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants for the purchase of up to 2,390,017 common shares of the Company pursuant to its Stock Option Plan. Each option is exercisable for a period of 5 years at a price of $0.27 per common share.
