Update on Approval of Plan of Arrangement
LONDON, United Kingdom: Crew Gold Corporation ("Crew") (TSX, OSE: CRU) announces
that the application for a Final Order approving the arrangement of Crew has
been adjourned to 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) on Wednesday, December 15, 2010
pursuant to an order of Justice L. F. Gower of the Supreme Court of Yukon made
December 10, 2010.
