Kögel records a significant increase in orders in the first six months of 2016, compared to the same period in 2015. That's an increase of more than 20 percent between January and June. This is down to both tried-and-tested Kögel quality, as well as expanded Kögel activities in Europe.
Expanded dealership and service network in Spain
"Everything from one source" is the new motto in Spain. Five new local Kögel partners now take care of new vehicles sales and the spare parts and workshop service:
- eLe Ka Trailers in the regions of La Rioja, Cantabria, the Basque region, Asturia, Galicia and parts of Castile and León
- Kental Trailer in the regions of Aragonia, Navarra and parts of Castilia and León
- Autorrege in the regions of Castilia-La Mancha, Extremadura, Madrid and parts of Castolia and León
- Talleres Inter S.L in the regions of Valencia and the Balearic Islands
- Veinsur S.A.U. in the region of Andalusia
The "ADR 98" Asociación De Recambistas also ensures a tight-knit spare parts network in Spain.
Expanded service network in Italy
All Kögel customers in Italy and transit forwarding companies have benefited from a significantly expanded service network and the associated high-quality provision of spare parts since the middle of the year. Kögel has agreed to a long-term partnership with the Maurelli Group, which specialises in the sale of commercial vehicle spare parts with a total of 26 branches in Italy. This will allow Kögel customers, as well as Kögel-certified service workshops in Italy, to order original Kögel parts quickly and easily from one of the biggest parts dealers in Italy and to enjoy the following benefits: ordering in their native language, fast delivery times thanks to a nationwide network of branches, and the same fair prices as the Kögel Part Shop.
Kögel Assistance: breakdown assistance throughout almost all of Europe
The ADAC TruckService subsidiary, Europe Net, took over Kögel's 24/7 breakdown assistance in many European countries this July. Kögel customers can reach Europe Net's emergency breakdown service around the clock, on the toll-free hotline 00800 82858888. Europe Net has taken on all the management and administrative procedures of the "Kögel Assistance" international breakdown service. The companies' existing cooperation in Germany, in place since 2010, has been expanded to many European countries.
Enhanced spare parts and workshop service in France
Within the last year, the service network was expanded considerably in France with the TODD Group. With more than 30 workshops all over France, an online spare parts shop and the associated outstanding spare parts logistics, deliveries within a 24 hour period are guaranteed for many items.
