Silver Spruce Resources Announces Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - BRIDGEWATER, NOVA SCOTIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/22/16 -- Silver Spruce Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: SSE)(FRANKFURT: S6Q) is pleased to announce that it has granted 2,900,000 stock options with an exercise price of $0.15 per share to directors and consultants of Silver Spruce. These options shall expire on September 20, 2019 if not exercised prior to that date. The issuance of the options is subject to all necessary approvals by the TSX Venture Exchange.
