The Extraordinary General Meeting of Flow Traders N.V. ("Flow Traders")
(Euronext: FLOW) today adopted the appointment of Marcel Jongmans as a member of
the Management Board and CFO of Flow Traders N.V. Mr. Jongmans will start in his
new role as of 1 October 2016.
