Outotec to align its company structure in Finland
Outotec merges its Finnish subsidiary Outotec Research Oy with Outotec (Finland)
Oy and transfers the parent company Outotec Oyj's operative business to Outotec
(Finland) Oy from the beginning of 2011.
The decision is based on company's need to simplify its legal company structure.
The change in the company structure does not affect Outotec's current
operational model or reporting structure.
