(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Elcoteq SEStock Exchange ReleaseAugust 24, 2009, at 07.00 am (EET)Elcoteq SE is inviting the holders of book-entry securities relatedto subordinated notes I/2004, I/2005, II/2005 and I/2006 to a meetingto decide on an amendment of the debentures' terms and conditions.The meeting will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at 2 pm atthe Scandic Continental hotel, meeting room 'Ballroom' atMannerheimintie 46, Helsinki.Elcoteq announced in its Stock Exchange Release on July 22, 2009,that as a part of its project to strengthen the company's equity, thecurrent debt will be restructured, with a possibility ofdebt-to-equity swap. In order to be able to carry out suchrestructuring, the existing debentures' terms must be amended. Themeeting invitation is attached to this release.
