Farstad Shipping ASA will publish their results for the 4th quarter 2010 and
results for 2010 on February 16, 2011.
A presentation of the results will take place at Norges Rederiforbund, 7th
floor, in Oslo on February 17 at 09.00 am.
Annual General Meeting is set to May 19, 2011.
Preliminary dates for the Company's quarterly reports are:
1st quarter: May 19, 2011
2nd quarter: August 24, 2011
3rd quarter: November 9, 2011
Farstad Shipping's fleet currently consists of 58 vessels (32 AHTS, 24 PSV and
2 SUBSEA) and 4 PSV under construction. The company's operations are run from
Aalesund, Aberdeen, Melbourne, Perth, Singapore, Macaé and Rio de Janeiro by a
total of 1820 employees onshore and offshore. The company's strategy is to be a
major international supplier of large, modern offshore service vessels to the
oil industry. We also remain committed to solid long-term charter profile for
the fleet.
