(Oslo, 21 December 2010) Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
from EDB ErgoGroup ASA (EDB ErgoGroup) of 15 December 2010. The share capital
increase pertaining to the company's rights issue, resolved by the extraordinary
general meeting on 19 November 2010, has now been registered in the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises, and the rights issue has thus been completed.
EDB ErgoGroup's new share capital is NOK 467,843,216.75 divided by 267,338,981
shares with a nominal value of NOK 1.75 each. EDB ErgoGroup holds 1,712,940
shares in treasury and the number of outstanding shares is thus 265,626,041.
The new shares issued in the rights issue will be registered on the respective
subscribers' VPS accounts and be tradable on the Oslo Stock Exchange on 22
December 2010, provided that the relevant subscriber has paid the subscription
amount.
