Nordic American Tanker Shipping Limited today announced that it expects to
publish its dividend and 4th quarter 2010 report February 14, 2011, before the
opening of trading at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).  The record date is
expected to be February 24, 2011, and the payment of dividend is expected to
take place on or about March 4, 2011.
