Results of the capital increase for the employees of KBC Group NV and effects on
the transparency obligations
The capital increase which was reserved for the employees of KBC Group NV and
some of its Belgian subsidiaries has, as of 23 December 2010, the following
effects on the share capital and the amount of shares/voting rights of KBC Group
NV.
- The share capital increased by 69,836.64 EUR to 1,244,979,964.15 EUR.
- The total number of shares increased by 20,068 to 357,938,193 shares.
The total number of voting rights also increased to 357,938,193.
