New Managing Director in Acta Markets

The Acta Group has hired Ole Jørgen Jacobsen (38) as Managing Director in Acta
Markets AS. Jacobsen leaves the position as Managing Partner in Arctic Capital
Partners, where he primarily has been responsible for institutional real estate
projects. Previously he headed international sales and business development at
Aberdeen Property Investors prior to which he was General Manager at DnB NOR
Markets and financial analyst at JP Morgan. He holds a MSc in Economics and
Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business
Administration (NHH) as well as university studies in psychology.
- We are very pleased to have Ole Jørgen Jacobsen joining us in Acta. His
diverse professional experience, both from the Norwegian and the international
industry, will strengthen Acta Markets considerably. The expertise he holds will
be of great value with respect to Acta's focus on corporate finance activities,

Jacobsen assumes his position as Managing Director according to further
agreement.
