Tieto Corporation Stock Exchange Release 29 December 2010 11.00 am EET
On 29 December, 2010 a total of 3 600 Tieto's shares were returned free of
consideration to the company. The transaction is related to the company's Share
Ownership Plan 2006-2008. The shares were conveyed in connection with the reward
payment of earning period 2008 and are now returned due to the fact that the
terms regarding service conditions of the holders were not fully met.
The company now holds a total of 553 700 own shares.
