ESTABLISHMENT OF NOMINATION COMMITTEE
The Board of Directors of Aldata Solution Oyj has resolved to establish a
nomination committee for the preparation of matters pertaining to the nomination
and remuneration of directors. The following directors were elected as the
members of the committee: William Chisholm (chairman), Pertti Ervi and Tommy
Karlsson.
