Our core business iswithin the maritime industry, and in the current tight financialmarket this represents a favourable long term financing," says NilsPetter Dyvik, group CFO at Wilh. Wilhelmsen.The transaction is based on a property value of NOK 522.3 million.Wilh. Wilhelmsen moved to Strandveien 20 outside Oslo in 1995. Thenearly 20 000 sq metres building was designed by Arcasa Arkitekterfor Wilh. Wilhelmsen and has several maritime features.
