THIN - Torgrim Takle new CFO in Thin Film Electronics

Torgrim Takle (33) has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer in Thin Film
Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm"). Mr. Takle will join Thinfilm's executive
management team reporting to CEO Davor Sutija, and also act as secretary of the
board of directors, chaired by Morten Opstad.
Torgrim Takle is currently an associate principal at McKinsey & Company which he
joined in 2004, managing corporate finance related projects for clients across
Europe and US. He holds a Master of Science degree from NTNU's Institute of
Industrial Economy and Technological Management (Industriell Økonomi og
Teknologiledelse). Mr. Takle will take up his appointment no later than 1 April
2010.
