79,866 Orion A-shares converted into B-shares

ORION CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE
14 JANUARY 2011 AT 8.25 AM EET
In accordance with Section 3 of the Articles of Association of Orion
Corporation, 79,866 A-shares have been converted into 79,866 B-shares. The
conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 14 January 2011.
The total number of shares in Orion Corporation is 141,257,828 which, after the
conversion, consists of 47,483,699 A-shares and 93,774,129 B-shares.
