BONTERRA FILES NI 43-101 TECHNICAL REPORT ON QUEBEC PROPERTIES
Vancouver, BC - January 18, 2011: BonTerra Resources Inc. (TSXV: BTR; FSE:
9BR) (the "Company", "BonTerra") has filed a NI 43-101 compliant Technical
Report (the "Report") with the Toronto Venture Exchange. The report covers both
the Eastern Extension and Urban-Barry properties ("the Properties") in the
Abitibi Greenstone Belt northeast of Val d'Or, Quebec.

The report identifies the properties having merit and recommends significant
work to continue advancing them. The authors of the report suggest BonTerra
conduct a ground magnetic survey, induced polarity survey and continued
significant diamond drilling. The report has been completed on behalf of the
Company by Geologica of Val d'Or, Quebec. The report covers all of the work
completed by BonTerra to date. This work includes diamond drilling up to and
including BA-10-09, a ground based magnetic survey, airborne magnetic survey,
channel sampling as well as prospecting and line cutting.
Mitchell Adam, President, states, "The report highlights the successful drill
program on the Eastern Extension property as well as the other work completed to
date on the properties and makes recommendations for our future work programs."
The Eastern Extension and Urban-Barry properties are located approximately 170
km NE of Val-d'Or and 125 km SW of Chibougamau in the Urban, Barry and Bailly
townships in Québec.
The technical information in this news release has been prepared in accordance
with the Canadian regulatory requirements set out in National Instrument 43-101
and reviewed on behalf of the Company by Thomas Clarke, Pr.Sci.Nat, a qualified
person and a Director of the Company.
