Important contract entered into with the City of Oslo

(Oslo, 20 January 2011) The City of Oslo has awarded a contract for a new HR
system to ErgoGroup AS, which is a subsidiary of EDB ErgoGroup ASA. The
agreement represents total contract value of around NOK 200 million, and runs
until for 10 years.

Through ErgoGroup AS, the group will be responsible for delivering a complete
state-of-the-art HR system, giving the City of Oslo's more than 40,000 employees
access to an efficient operational tool while at the same time providing an
improved management tool for the city's administration.

The solution includes functions such as payroll and personnel administration,
recruitment, monitoring and follow-up of sick leave, resource management and
competence management.

"This contract for the City of Oslo is of great market and strategic importance
for EDB ErgoGroup. Through this agreement we will support the City of Oslo in
the continuing development of a forward-looking operation with professional and
efficient HR processes. At the same time, the contract will allow us to develop
even stronger expertise in the delivery of HR systems designed for
municipalities and other public sector bodies", comments Terje Mjøs, CEO of EDB
ErgoGroup.

The contract with the City of Oslo includes both solutions and IT operating
services, and represents estimated total contract value over the life of the
agreement of approximately NOK 200 million. The parties expect to sign the final
form of the contract in mid-February.
