ClearStream Energy Services Inc. Announces Change of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/09/16 -- ClearStream Energy Services Inc. (TSX: CSM)(TSX: CSM.DB.A) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, effective today, John W. Cooper, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company's wholly-owned ClearStream Energy Holdings LP ("ClearStream Holdings"), will serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Cooper has also been appointed to the board of directors of the Company. Gary Summach, the Chief Financial Officer of ClearStream Holdings, will succeed Keith Halbert as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The appointment of Messrs. Cooper and Summach as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, respectively, aligns with the Company's previously stated objective of focusing on the business of ClearStream.
The board of directors of the Company wish to thank Mr. Halbert for his service to the Company.
