Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA and Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA are pleased to invite
analysts, investors and media to a joint session for presentation of the results
for the fourth quarter of 2010.

The presentations will take place on:

Wednesday 16 February, 2011 at 08.00 hrs
at the premises of the companies, Strandveien 20, 1366 Lysaker.

Coffee/tea and sandwiches will be served from 07.30 hrs.

08.00: Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA presentation
08.30: Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA presentation (approximate time)

The presentations will be webcast on both companies' internet sites
www.wilhelmsen.com and www.wilhelmsenasa.com.

The webcast will start at approx. 08:00 hrs.

The quarterly reports and presentation material will be made available on the
Oslo Stock Exchange (www.oslobors.no) and both companies' internet sites at
approx. 07:00 hrs.
