Ethan Allen Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend
DANBURY, CT, November 16, 2016 -- Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. ("Ethan Allen")
(NYSE:ETH) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular
quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share, which will be payable to
shareholders of record as of Tuesday, January 10, 2017, and will be paid on
Tuesday, January 24, 2017.
Farooq Kathwari, Chairman and CEO commented, "We are pleased with our results
for fiscal year ended June 30, 2016, and further pleased that our Board made the
decision to increase our regular quarterly dividend to $0.19, a 12% increase."
Mr. Kathwari further commented, "The economic conditions remain uncertain. We
have many initiatives including the Ethan Allen | Disney program launch this
week, which gives us cautious optimism for the remainder of the fiscal year."
