Ruukki to make panel delivery to new Cadbury-Wedel factory in Poland
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Press release 26 August 2009Ruukki is to deliver sandwich panels for a new Cadbury-Wedelconfectionery factory building in Skarbimierz, southern Poland.Ruukki's project includes project management, delivery, andinstallation. This project is an example of Ruukki's strategicprogress toward more and more project-oriented business and systemdeliveries.For the customer, Bovis Land Lease, project-based delivery means lesssubcontractor work at the constructions site and, at the same time,fewer risks. Also, construction time is shortened remarkably with theuse of sandwich panels in walls and ceiling structures. The sandwichpanels, 40,000 square metres in total, will be made at Ruukki's plantin Poland, Oborniki. Ruukki will deliver the necessary fastening andseal systems also.
