Leverkusen, Germany (24.11.2016) - The Management Board of Biofrontera AG (FSE: B8F) has announced on October 31 2016 a resolution regarding the issue of up to 49,990 subordinate convertible debentures ("Debentures") in a total nominal amount of up to EUR 4,999,000 ("Convertible Bond"). The Debentures could be subscribed to at a subscription price of 100% of the nominal value of a Debenture in an amount of EUR 100.00 per Debenture until and including November 23, 2016.
As per today's analysis, the Convertible Bond was placed in full.
