EDB ErgoGroup signs strategically important letter of intent in the Swedish banking market

(Oslo/Stockholm, 1 February 2011) EDB ErgoGroup has entered into a letter of
intent with Bankarnas Automatbolag AB (BAB) to take responsibility for services
related to the company's 2,800 bank ATMs in Sweden. The contract will run for
seven years.
Bankarnas Automatbolag is a company established by Danske Bank, Handelsbanken,
Nordea, SEB and Swedbank. Bankarnas Automatbolag is to take over the banks'
ATMs, and provide ATM services to card customers. The ATM services to be
provided include cash withdrawals, deposits, and other bank-defined customer
services.

our most important focus markets, and this agreement creates a sound foundation
