(Oslo, 2 February 2011) Fred Olsen Marine Services AS, Jo Tankers AS, Bergshav
Management AS and Wilhelmsen Marine Services AS have signed up as clients of EDB
ErgoGroup MarineLink eCommerce service. The contracts comprise of 37 vessels.

Fred Olsen Marine Services operates 8 vessels, both cruise vessels and FPSO's.
As a company with a history of innovation and long-term value creation, the
company Purchasing Director Jan Johannessen, also IMPA Chairman & CEO,
commented: "Professional eCommerce delivered by MarineLink is clearly advancing
the maritime purchasing operation, and saves us money. EDB ErgoGroup MarineLink
has allowed us to implement efficient processes and improved data control."

Jo Tankers is a leading provider of deep-sea transportation services for
chemicals and other high value liquids like petroleum products and edible oils,
and manages a fleet of 13 vessels, while Bergshav Management, an integrated
shipping company with its total resources dedicated within chartering and
operation, technical management, project work and finance, is utilizing
MarineLink eCommerce for 11 vessels.

Wilhelmsen Marine Services is operating out of offices in Oslo, Norway, and is a
wholly-owned subsidiary of AWILCO AS. Wilhelmsen Marine Services is responsible
for the technical operation and crewing of the group's vessels as well as new
building and conversion projects, and is at present managing three crude oil
tankers and two heavy lift vessels.

The EDB ErgoGroup MarineLink eCommerce service allows companies operating all
type of vessels to implement innovative e eCommerce functionality towards their
suppliers:

* Efficient and high quality electronic eCommerce processes for handling
inquiries, quotes, orders and order confirmations
* Self Service eCommerce tools for statistics and control
* eCommerce reporting tools on KPI's

Service as a large marine supplier client, offer state-of-the art eCommerce
