Microskin To Acquire ISOCOL International

LONDON and BRISBANE, Australia, December 12, 2016 - Microskin plc
(MLSKN:Euronext Paris) announced today it has entered into an agreement to
acquire ISOCOL International in an all-stock transaction, subject to valuation.
ISOCOL International will become a subsidiary of Microskin. In addition, Mr.
Christopher Musgrave, former president and executive director of ISOCOL
International will join the board of directors of Microskin.

an experienced team and partners in international marketing and distribution of

acquisition of ISOCOL International provides an established channel to expand
the international distribution of our retail lines of sunscreens and other
unique skin enhancement products into the UK and European markets and open sales
opportunities in India and Asia."
Microskin will acquire all distribution agreements with ISOCOL International
currently in place or in negotiation for all territories outside of Australia
and New Zealand. ISOCOL International has partnered with leading UK distributor,
which exports skin and healthcare products to more than 60 countries. ISOCOL
International has established distribution channels into the UK and Continental
Europe and has new pipelines into the Asian marketplace.

approval for Sunseal, a non-pigmented sunscreen that retains all the other
properties of the "second skin" product, including sweat proof, highly
waterproof, and long lasting.
