Sword Group increased its stake in Simalaya from 40% to 100% on 12 June 2015.
2016 has been dedicated to its integration and reorganisation.
This Swiss company also had a very small subsidiary in France dedicated to the
Consultancy business (?2.3 million in revenue a year).
The company was sold to Colombus on 7 December 2016.
This disposal will not have any tangible effect on the expansion plan presented
to the market in September 2016.
