Weifa ASA: Launch of the Asan brand in Finland through a cooperation agreement with Midsona Finland Oy.

Weifa has signed a 3-year cooperation agreement with Midsona Finland
Oy(Finland). The agreement covers Weifa's range of Asan products. Midsona will
distribute and sell the products on an exclusive basis in the Finnish market
under the Asan brand name. The first products will be launched towards the
second half of 2017.
Midsona is a leading Finnish company in organic food, hygiene products, health
food and personal care. The company has several market-leading brands within the
categories and are present in both Pharmacies, Mass market and Health food
stores.

acquired Asan and Sana with sales in Norway and Sweden. In June 2016, we moved
into Finland with a portfolio of pain products through an agreement with
Fysioline Group, and now we have established Finnish distribution for the Asan
