Cryo-Save Group: Dividend proposal increase of 17%

Cryo-Save Group N.V. (Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Group'), Europe's
leading adult stem cell storage bank, announces that the Board plans to propose
a dividend of ?0.07 per share for the year ended 31 December 2010 (2009: ?0.06)
, a 17% increase on last year.
For the third consecutive year Cryo-Save proposes a dividend increase,
indicating a strong belief in the future of the company and will allow its
shareholders to choose between a distribution in cash or in shares.
Further details will be provided when the Group publishes its results for the
year ended 31 December 2010 during the week commencing 21 March 2011.
