StreamNet, Inc. enters clip license deal for NBC TV Special "Tony Bennett Celebrates 90"
(firmenpresse) - LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwired) -- 12/15/16 -- StreamNet, Inc. recently signed a clip license deal with TB TV LLC for use of a clip from "The Judy Garland Show" to be featured in "Tony Bennett Celebrates 90: The Best Is Yet To Come." The television special is scheduled to air on NBC on December 20th 2016.

The SEC declared StreamNet's offering under Regulation A+ had been qualified for sale to investors.
SEC Qualification:
Reg of Title IV of the JOBS Act is a type of offering which allows private companies to raise up to $50 Million from the public. Like an IPO, Reg allows companies to offer shares to the public and not just accredited investors.
Under Tier 1, a company can raise up to $20 million in any 12-month period. In connection with any offering under Regulation A+, all investors must be provided with, or given information to access, an offering circular.
