Cargotec Corporation's annual report 2010 and financial statements for the
accounting period 1 January-31 December 2010 have been published in English and
Finnish on the company's website at www.cargotec.com/annualreport.
This year, Cargotec will publish its annual report for the first time only as an
online report. The online annual report includes the financial statements, the
Board of Directors' report and the Auditors' report. Printouts of the annual
report 2010 can be ordered from www.cargotec.com/order, by email to

Cargotec has also published its Corporate governance statement 2010 together
with the annual report 2010. The corporate governance statement has been
