Ingram Micro to Continue to Provide Quarterly Financial Results

(firmenpresse) - IRVINE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/16/16 -- Ingram Micro Inc. today announced that the company intends to continue to make its US GAAP financial results available via press release on a quarterly basis, although it will make no further filings or reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) following the suspension of such obligations effective upon the filing of its Form 15 with the SEC earlier today.
