CapMan Plc has on 20 December 2016 received notifications of changes in voting
rights in accordance with chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act as
follows:
* The share of votes in CapMan Plc of Oy Inventiainvest Ab (Ari Tolppanen) has
fallen to 8.14 per cent.
* The combined share of votes in CapMan Plc of Heikki Westerlund and Heiwes Oy
has fallen below 5 per cent.
* The combined share of votes in CapMan Plc of MOM Invest Oy and Geldegal Oy
(Olli Liitola) has fallen below 5 per cent.
* The combined share of votes in CapMan Plc of Tuomo Raasio and Winsome Oy has
fallen below 5 per cent.
The notifications are related to the conversion of CapMan Plc's series A shares
to series B shares at 1:1 so that all shares generate one (1) vote and CapMan
Plc has one share series. CapMan Plc's share capital of EUR 771,586.98 consists
