Berkshire Partners Completes Acquisition of Masergy

("Masergy"), a global provider of hybrid networking, managed security and cloud communications, announced today that it has completed its transaction with Berkshire Partners LLC ("Berkshire Partners") for the purchase of the existing Masergy equity for an undisclosed price.
